Prohibited activity
- Unauthorised access, security testing or interference
- Unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communication
- Uploading data without an appropriate lawful basis
- Malware, abuse, harassment or infringement
- Attempting to bypass usage, role or private-beta controls
- Misrepresenting integration or advertising permissions
Customer responsibilities
Customers must manage team access, honour data rights, maintain accurate sender information and follow applicable marketing, privacy and platform rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when needed to protect people, data or the service.
