You can request deletion of personal data connected with a Jagoras account, public enquiry or supported integration.
Account and workspace requests
Email support@jagoras.com from your account email. Include your organisation name and describe whether the request covers your profile, an entire workspace or specified records.
Public enquiry requests
Email us from the address used in the enquiry and ask for the enquiry record to be deleted.
Integration data
Authorised owners and administrators can disconnect supported integrations inside Jagoras. Platform-initiated deletion callbacks are processed through secure provider routes where available.
Verification and timing
We may verify identity and authority before deleting data. We will confirm the request and explain any data that must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
Meta users
Users who connected a Meta account may request deletion through this public page or through Meta. Do not include access tokens, passwords or internal identifiers in your email.
