These Terms govern access to Jagoras websites, applications and related services. By creating an account, joining a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
Jagoras provides real estate lead management, pipeline, team operations, marketing attribution and related tools. Some features are available in private beta, while others are clearly marked as planned or coming soon.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about suspected misuse. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for appropriate team access.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to your workspace. You grant Jagoras the limited right to process that data to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process lead and customer information.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Jagoras for unlawful activity, unauthorised messaging, security attacks, infringement, deceptive conduct or processing data without appropriate rights. The Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
5. Integrations
Third-party platforms have their own terms and availability. You authorise Jagoras to process approved integration data for your workspace. Integration status is shown as available, beta, planned or partnership required.
6. Private beta
Private-beta features may change, contain defects or be withdrawn. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Billing
Live billing is not currently activated. Final prices, billing intervals, currencies and provider terms will be shown before any paid subscription begins. Jagoras does not store card details.
8. Intellectual property
Jagoras software, design, brand and documentation remain the property of Jagoras and its licensors. These Terms provide a limited right to use the service, not ownership.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. Jagoras is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and communicated where appropriate.
